Crude oil price and Sangu Platform as Storage facility

No scope of increasing international crude oil price within the next 5years and it will be within the bench mark of US$45-60/barrel as because the oil production is still surplus in OPEC and other oil exporting countries.
Bangladesh is one of the oil importing country but do not have much facility like oil storage, refinery and proper distribution & marketing policy. In one of my article published (April'2020) in The Daily Star mentioned few proposals on unrefined or refined oil storage and supply procedure inside country. It could also be the cost saving long-term business policy.
Mention below part of article.
a) Sangu platform was build for offshore drilling and gas supply from offshore to national grid in Chittagong, Bangladesh. This platform is holding connection of 10-12 wells of Sangu gas field, so far the depth of each well is around 3500m. Sangu gas field is abandoned and all the wells are sealed. Sangu platform connected with production pipeline to Chittagong port that can be 20-22km long. This 10-12 wells of Sangu field and 20-22km long pipeline could be storage tank for imported crude oil.
Additionally need to do some rejuvenate work at Sangu platform for oil career ship to make the
platform suitable for uploading crude oil from ship to this empty well/pipeline
for storing large volume of oil and later on pump this crude oil to Chittagong
oil refinery for further processing. It may reduce oil career cost by saving
time, quick unload & avoid port arrangement.
Before
that Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC) & BAPEX jointly can do a
feasibility study of this platform and connected wells whether is it viable for
storing oil or not. The feasibility study may include the present status of
platform & supply pipeline, hole
cleaning, set packer at bottom of hole and pressure test of well for finding
leak, pressure test of pipeline to Chittagong from Sangu platform. Finally
calculate inside capacity of this 10-12 wells and 20-22km long pipeline.
